Learning platforms for your organisation.

We build and integrate learning platforms for employees, distribution partners and customers. Our Vienna-based team turns your training requirements into course access, assessments and completion records in a suitable LMS, connected to your user accounts, portals and administrative processes.

Managing courses, assessments and certificates

New distribution partners need an introduction; employees need to repeat mandatory training. The learning platform guides them to the relevant courses and shows what comes next.

With your subject-matter teams, we establish what people need to learn, who takes each course and which completions need to be documented. These requirements shape course structures, access, assessments and reports. Learners need to find their way; course owners need to maintain content and track completions.

When digital learning needs a platform

A learning platform helps when courses run regularly and several teams share responsibility for administration and support.

  • Employees, partners or customers need structured onboarding and ongoing training.
  • Mandatory or compliance training requires deadlines, assessments and recorded completion.
  • Learning paths need to vary by role, prior knowledge or organisational unit.
  • Certificates and attendance records should follow defined rules, with progress recorded consistently.
  • A learning platform needs to connect to an existing portal, CMS or identity management system.
  • Feedback and satisfaction surveys should reveal the user experience; assessments should measure learning separately.

Selecting and integrating a learning platform

We design course access and learning paths, configure assessments and completion records, and connect the LMS to existing portals and accounts.

  • Audiences, learning objectives, roles, content and administrative processes
  • Information architecture, user experience, prototyping and accessible implementation
  • LMS selection, configuration or integration
  • Connections to portals, CMS, single sign-on and existing data sources
  • Courses, assessments, progress, certificates, attendance records, reminders and reporting
  • Feedback, satisfaction surveys, quality assurance, support and development

From a sample course to launch

We compare learning platforms by their workflows, integration needs and ongoing costs. We do not earn referral commissions; you contract directly with the licensing and hosting providers.

Using a sample course, we work with learners and course owners to check that sign-in works, content is understandable, and assessments and completion records are handled correctly. We test existing course files and learning records in the selected system before migration.

Before launch, we agree who approves courses, supports users and may review results. The responsible teams receive training in course administration and reporting. Updates, privacy and ongoing support are planned alongside the launch.

Your training content, supported by the right platform

We build the platform for your training programme. Your teams or specialist training partners provide the subject matter.

For a new programme, we establish who creates and approves courses and how updates affect existing learning paths. Specialist partners can provide learning design and media production. We take responsibility for the technical implementation and its connections to your systems.

An existing LMS may already provide a sound foundation. We first assess whether changes to access, interfaces or integrations would meet your needs. If key requirements remain out of reach, we compare extending the platform with replacing it.

E-learning in practice

In 2018, we worked with MacSchneider to integrate e-learning into the Austrian Lotteries extranet. The courses support onboarding for new retail partners and cover player protection, anti-money-laundering requirements and product innovations.

Questions about course migration, access and learning records

Can we keep existing courses and completion records?

We assess course content separately from learning records. SCORM packages provide a format for exchanging learning content; we test the actual version and a real course in the target system. Existing completions, assessment attempts and certificates need a separate export and mapping to user accounts. Where data cannot be migrated, we establish which records will remain in the old system or be retained as exports.

How can external partners access training without a company account?

Partners can use dedicated accounts or sign in through an existing extranet. We assess whether single sign-on is possible and define how accounts are approved, assigned to organisations and disabled when someone leaves. Roles and permissions determine which courses and results each person can access.

How do you handle recurring mandatory training?

We agree renewal intervals, reminders and the validity of records with the subject-matter owners. Content updates are classified as editorial corrections or new training requiring another completion. We configure the platform to retain which course version a person completed and when, and agree retention periods and access to personal results with your data protection team.
